Love it! Absolutely hilarious! I had no idea we Rheumatologists were so predictable! One thing – I’d wait for the renal Bx results b4 giving high dose steroids – to check if the renal pathology is scleroderma or vasculitis, as I’d be nervous with the Scl70 and renal crisis 😊
